Central Florida Electric Cooperative uses an automated outage response system for customers to report an outage. This is an interactive voice response system specifically designed to help CFEC respond to customer power outage calls.

The system uses customer telephone numbers to identify each outage. When you are prompted, using a touch tone phone, enter the telephone number associated with the location that is out of power. Please include the area code.
Updated Telephone Numbers
It is very important that we have your correct telephone number for the location that you are reporting out. If a phone number associated with your account changes, please notify us promptly. This will allow us to better serve you during an outage or severe weather.

Be sure to Include the following:
1. The account number(s) affected
2. The physical address(s) affected
3. The name on the account(s) affected
4. A call-back phone number if we should need to contact you
If we are not provided sufficient information, it may cause your outage to be handled in a less timely manner.
Please be sure that you have checked your breakers before reporting an outage. Charges may be applied to accounts that have power when trucks arrive.
